Notarization at your location and on your schedule across the Indianapolis metro. Home, office, hospital, rehabilitation facility, courthouse, or coffee shop — including evenings and weekends, when most documents that actually need signing get signed.
A commissioned Indiana notary travels to you, verifies identity, and completes the notarial act properly the first time.
Most notarization problems are not complicated. A signer could not get to a bank before it closed. A parent is in a rehabilitation facility and cannot travel. A closing needs a signature at seven in the evening. A document was notarized incorrectly and has to be redone before a filing deadline. Every one of those is solved by the notary going to the signer instead of the other way around.
We travel across the Indianapolis metro for individual signings, business documents, and estate paperwork. Because we run a process serving operation, we are already on the road at the hours that matter — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are normal working time here rather than a special arrangement.
A notary verifies the identity of the signer, confirms the signer is acting willingly and appears to understand what they are signing, witnesses the signature or acknowledgement, and completes the notarial certificate. That is the job, and doing it correctly is what makes the document hold up.
A notary is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, cannot draft or select documents for you, and cannot tell you which notarial certificate your situation requires — that has to come from you, the receiving party, or your attorney. We will say plainly when a question is outside what a notary may answer rather than guessing and creating a problem downstream.
Bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification — a driver's license, passport, or state ID. Every signer must be physically present and must sign in front of the notary, so do not sign ahead of time. Leave the document complete but unsigned, with no blank fields. If the document needs additional witnesses beyond the notary, arrange those in advance and tell us when you book so we can plan the appointment properly.

Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification — a driver's license, passport, or state ID card. Every signer needs their own. Without acceptable identification the notarial act cannot be completed, so check expiration dates before the appointment.
For an acknowledgement, a signer can acknowledge a previously affixed signature in the notary's presence. For a jurat, the signature must be made in front of the notary. The safest approach is to leave the document unsigned and sign at the appointment.
Yes. Because we operate a process serving business, evenings and weekends are ordinary working hours here rather than an exception. Most signings that are hard to schedule elsewhere are routine for us.
No — a notary who is not an attorney cannot select the notarial certificate for you or advise on your document. That has to come from you, the party receiving the document, or your attorney. Ask them before the appointment and we will complete exactly what is specified.
The Indianapolis metro is our standard coverage area, including Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Boone, and Hancock counties. Longer distances are accommodated case by case with a travel fee quoted before the appointment is confirmed.
The notary cannot serve as a required witness on a document they are notarizing. If your document needs additional witnesses, arrange them in advance and let us know when booking so the appointment runs smoothly.
The notarial fee plus a travel fee based on distance and time of day. Call 317-495-3775 and you will have the full amount before the appointment is booked.
